What do I need to do before my appointment
We will send you a before and after care plan to ensure you get the best results. We will also send out requirements for treatments at home but they are simple and manageable even in small spaces.
I'm not feeling myself, and I really don't feel like chatting
That is absolutely fine with us. Just let us know that your having a "quiet day" and we will provide a silent service allowing you to initiate any conversations if you wish too .
